Born to sell Arizona Real Estate!
Since an early age I knew that selling homes was what I wanted to do. My father was a builder in the valley and to keep out of Mom and Dad's hair they asked me to go out to the finished spec home( a builders model) and try to sell it for them. I'd have a sack lunch and some games and go across the street and sit and play. My first day a family came thur and liked the home. They asked me how they could buy it and I said the price was $17,500. They said they wanted it and a new real estate salesperson was created.(I was 12 years old)
Well from 12 to 23 I helped my father build homes, got my degree in Civil Engineering, and decided to get my real estate license.
I've been a sucess from day one with rookie of the year and top saleperson for the year at C-21. That was in 1978.
I moved to Merril Lynch Realty and won many awards like: Top Sale Person State of Arizona, Top Manager- Arizona, Top New Home Sales Associate- Arizona, Top New Homes Manager-Arizona.
Merrill Lynch was sold to Prudential, Prudential sold to ColdWell Banker and I moved to Re/Max in 1990.
Many years later I still have a passion and love for Real estate that I pass on to my Partners, Associates, and Clients and Customers.
With over 2600 homes sold and 29+ years of Experience I believe I can bring something to the transaction that few can match.
